Weird cramps!

So lately I've been experiencing cramping in my lower right abdomen which sometimes will switch to my lower middle abdomen, but for more often than not it is in my lower right side. This cramping gets worse after I urinate and is constant. I've had these cramps for about three or four days but this is not the first time I've experienced them. In addition to the constant cramping, my left outer labia has been swollen and painful to the touch. My period is two weeks late too and I haven't had sex since January. What is going on?
