Just a suggestion during the day time keep it loud and noisy like keep the tv on and talk and Keep the room bright and go about doing housework so that it's stimulating for your bub they may continue to sleep. But keep your night quite and dim so that way they know it's day or night. - that's just my theory from how my little girl is doing at the moment. And I have tried to make her bedtime around 9-10p.m so before that we try to keep her awake and talk and interact with her that way she's exhausted as well when I put her to sleep.
