The most embarrassing thing ever, please I need support 😭😭😭!

I have been dating this guys for a month.We went to his friend house for a weekend and I left a pair a dirty black horrible panties there. We also went on a boat with his friend and I vomited all the boat because of the motion sickness.... I don't know what he might be thinking about me now .His friend texted him this morning asking him  if those panties were mine. How can a recover from this ,how can he might not think bad about me?
