81 mg Aspirin?

Hey ladies! My doctor told me to start taking baby aspiring at 12 weeks. I was wondering if any of you where advised the same thing?

Answer

I've been taking it since 7 weeks. I have a history of gestational hypertension in my last pregnancy so my doctor planned on putting me on it no matter what this pregnancy. With twins the chance of hypertension is even higher so she probably would've put me on it without my history.
