What measurement do you go by?

Today I had a vaginal ultrasound, and apparently the baby is measuring 8 weeks 4 days but the sac is measuring 7 weeks 5 days. The due date she gave me is
February 14, 2018. So am I 8 weeks or 7 weeks? Idk

On my u/s at 5w4d, the abdominal said i am 5w5d and transvaginal said i am 4w4d. I am not sure what they measured but i got very worried. I read later that the very early measurements can be a bit off and the baby catches up the one week difference in later scans.

Im suppose to be 7 weeks 4 days but I'm only measuring 6 weeks 5 days. With twins so I'll go into labor earlier anyway

I would just go by your original due date from your last period. Babies grow at different rates and my son was born 2 weeks late anyway. Ultimately it doesn't matter the exact day you're due. He was due on October 17th and measured right on schedule. Born on the 30th.

You will be 8 weeks on wed. My due date got changed to February 15 today
