This is my glow calendar, but it's off on AF. I start on the 25-26 every month. Do I just count back those days to see when I was most likely ovulating? so I would have started ovulating the seventh instead of 11th? And how do I count DPO? First day of O?

If your not pregnant this month try ovulation tests based on how long your cycle is normally. Glow will only estimate unless you give it data.

DPO means DAYS P A S T OVULATION!!! Therefore: your 1 DPO is your first day AFTER your ovulation day. Glow is often a bit out with his prediction. If you are supposed to get your AF on the 25th count the days back.... BUT have in mind that Februar has only 28 days... Therefore if you get your AF every month at the 25th you have an 30-31 day cycle.... If so than in March your day for estimated AF would be 2 days shifted ...
