When to start buying baby stuff?

I'm 6 weeks today. Curious to know how far along you were when you started to buy baby/maternity stuff

I started buying things when we started trying! And it took us a year to finally get pregnant so our little one is pretty much set!

I waited until after my baby shower with #1. Glad I did because I didn't need much of anything. With #2 I started as soon as we found out... Stocked up on diapers, wipes, diaper rash cream.

We started in our second trimester. I wouldn't do it to early.. it's more painful if something happens and you have to return or sell the items.. good luck.
