Yaz pill and morning after pill

Hi ladies. I have been using the yaz pill for 5 days now (started the 29 June 2017) we had unprotected sex last night and he ejaculated in me. I bought the morning after pill today and drank both tablets. I fear for struggling to conceive in the future or not being able to. Will the morning after and me continuing with the yaz affect my fertility? I have taken a morning after about a year ago so this is the 2nd time. Also Ive been on Femodene last year for about 10 months which I found out to be a very strong contraceptive pill. I haven't been using any hormonal method of contraception for 7 months besides the withdrawal method. I haven't gotten pregnant and I fear the Femodene and morning after I used allowed me not to fall pregnant in the 7 months or we might just be very good with the withdrawal method haha. Has anybody had fertility issues or know of someone who has that has used Femodene, yaz or the morning after pill? Please help!! I'm freaking out and stressing because I would like to conceive in the future.
