Still trying to go to the gym. I'm getting mixed reviews on core exercises? Are they good or bad? I haven't done any since finding out.

Your not supposed to do sit ups or laying down an work while pregnant. I *think standing abs or planks may be Ok. But I'm not 100% sure. Ask your doc ..planks are probably best..as long as you aren't high risk etc.

Try and avoid ab workouts, they can cause abdominal muscle separation, this making it harder to return to pre-baby figure.

My dr said no ab/core after first trimester

No abs after first trimester or laying flat on your back. Otherwise my ob just warned me to be careful for things that my balance would be different on. For example box jumps.

Go girl! I just do side planks and more bird/dog moves. Noelle Bonepe and GetBodiedByJ on Instagram have a lot of pregnancy friendly workouts as they both are pregnant.
