I use Advil and exercise all of the days for at least thirty minutes. That and eating chocolate and drinking tea. I try not to take too many pain killers, but Advil for me. Pamprin doesn't do it for me. Nothing.

Hyoscine butylbromide, I think it is called Buscopan, this is to decrease spasms on your uterus, and something like acetaminophen or ibuprofen (acetaminophen is safer) should make the pain less strong. For any cramp treatment to work you should use both an antispasmodic and an analgesic, warm compresses are also helpful. 😊

Advil, Midol and the menstral pads that they have at the store. But my cramps are pretty extreme so I don't know if that will work for everyone

Tablets containing NSAIDs are best for cramping - so look for ones with ibuprofen or Naproxen as the active ingredient.

I use a hot water bottle as I find painkillers don't help me at all

Heating pad on your lower abdomen. If cramps are really bad I supplement the heating pad with ibuprofen.
