Some discomfort......

I just had a tubal reversal and we started trying immediately afterwards since my ovulation window started a couple days after surgery. My husband and I had sex as much as we could during that window. I have started to listen to my body and these last two days I have been getting some pain in my lower tummy. I'm not ovulating anymore. But I'm wondering why I am getting this pain. Should I just wait a couple more days since my cycle is suppose to start this weekend? Or should I take a test just to make sure everything is ok? I don't want to get to excited because it could take months to get PG.
