Really need some help

So my SO and I have become sexually Africa recently. We had sex maybe 5-6 days ago and I'm not on BC anymore but we used a condom and we blew it up to make sure it didn't bust. We've 69d and fingered and fooled around too. My periods due in a few days and I'm getting cramps but today I woke up just so sad and crying for no reason. I have anxiety issues and I'm wondering if that's why ... I mean I'm freaking out about pregnancy
