Please Help AF left and came back

Ok so I got my AF two days late I was due the 16 it came on the 18 was gone the 22 today is now the 23 and my Hubby n I made love early this morning like 1/2am early and when we were done there was no blood . I went to sleep woke up its now 7:30 I went to the bathroom n wiped n low and behold there is blood on the tissue with tiny clumps I look in the toilet n my pee is red. I am terrified has this happened to anyone else?
