Diaper Pail? or No Diaper Pail?

Ok folks, should I register for one or not?

I used it for the first few months and then gave up and used a trash can. They're kinda pointless seeing as they're literally just a glorified trash can. Plus, whenever the bag fills up it's not truly full, and you can usually fit a lot more diapers in it. I just think it's a waste now that my son is older. It was awesome when he was super little and had an explosive poo, but isn't necessary because a trash can literally does the same job.

I have one that I use but quit buying refills and started rigging with regular trash bag. Had a regular lidded can for wet diapers for a while but it took on the odor of the diapers. Also, now that she's 15 months, she can get into almost every trash can but cannot get into the diaper genie. So I recommend.

We were given one and loved it. Never had any smell from the diapers and used it til he was after one. I recommend it to my pregnant friends.

We have a safety first diaper pail it's under $20 and uses regular garbage bags.

Might as well register. I registered for a bunch of stuff that isn't really necessary but if other people want to buy it I'll take it lol

I'm pregnant now and having a hard time deciding if it's a necessity. I think I decided that once baby is here and I feel like I absolutely need one I'll go to one of our resell shops here. I saw a ton for $8 at a place similar to once upon a child

With my stepson we just threw diapers in a grocery bag and throw them outside in the garbage so they dont smell up the house.  When it was too cold out I'd throw the bags on the floor just outside the door in the garage and once a day take diapers to outside garbage.  So mo diaper pail for us.

Not necessary. If you just wrap up the diaper after use and throw it out in an enclosed trash can and your diligent about taking out your trash, you'll be fine.

We bought a Tomee Tipee one and used it for about 1 week then trashed it.
