Im going crazy..

So.. Can anybody answer me this? Can you have Pms after your period?? Because im super emotional.. Like every feeling I have is one hundred times stronger.. its very bad when im mad I can't control it.. When im sad it shows really bad.. Like I can't hide no emotion what's going on?? Im kind of worried.. I was always good at hiding my feelings..😯😯
