Google some carpal tunnel exercises. Those hand stretches and exercises worked much better for me that the braces. I frankly also hated sleeping with braces on my wrists, it was uncomfortable.

I had the same problem with my first pregnancy. There are support braces you can get at just about any drugstore or Walmart/target etc. they come in right and left and it REALLY helped with the numbness.  The ones I have are wellgate perfect wrist support and they were $15 each. I bought mine off amazon but they're sold pretty much everywhere. I liked these ones specifically because there is a metal piece that helps keep your wrist in place and it has memory foam padding that makes it comfortable. Good luck!!

Carpel Tunnel. Swelling is pressing on the nerves that run into your hands. Should go away after delivery but not much you can do now.

You might have pinched nerves. I would look into seeing a chiropractor
