cramping?

Is anyone else experiencing cramping? I've read it's normal but sometimes it gets pretty painful to the point I get chills and start sweating. I haven't taken anything for it because I'm not sure what I can take and I feel bad taking something. I'm only 4w3d. There isn't any bleeding with the cramps and I've been cramping since around ovulation but got worse since finding out I am pregnant. Is it normal to be this painful? It just comes on randomly. This is my first pregnancy
