Ovulation 'pain'

I don't think I've felt ovulation pains.  We did our first cycle of Clomid 50mg and this past Sat/Sun I had an LH surge. I've had some small twinges here.....wondering what other women have experienced.  Strong twinges? Cramps? How long does it last?
