Puppy?

I need advice ladies. My boyfriend and I just moved in with each other about a month ago. Our first place together. (: He really wants a puppy but I am very nervous about it! He works out of town all week so I have been lonely being by myself for the first time. (yes I know puppies are hard work lol) but should we get a puppy? Will this maybe take my mind off him being gone all week?? I secretly want one so bad but am nervous about training and things like that by myself. Help! Anyone maybe in a similar situation as me?
