I find it easiest on a couch. If he's sitting up, you face him and straddle him. Use your thighs to lift you up and down and kind of move your hips as you go up and down. I don't know how to describe it really well but if you start grinding your butt backwards as you lift up and then go forward when you get to the top and roll your hips down it works.
