TTC while breastfeeding

Help please ladies. DD is 10 months old. We are TTC but she is breastfeeding still. This is my ovulation tests. Positive at 10:35 am and negative two hours later. DD is fully on solids and eats brilliantly but still absolutely loves breastfeeding. Any advice much appreciated
