Can't breathe??

Question

At 31 weeks pregnant, my boobs are no doubt getting bigger. But lately it feels almost like they're weighing me down making it hard to breathe. Maybe it's not the boobs, maybe it's the belly- I'm not sure. All I know is I feel like I'm suffocating! 
Has anyone else felt like this? Any home remedies to relieve the discomfort?

Completely normal, your growing baby is pushing all of your organs up and leaving less room for your lungs to expand fully.. Stretching out, laying down really helps me. Just take things slow of course if you black out or feel it's unbearable contact your doctor ☺️ were almost done lol

Your lungs are getting pushed up by ba y, so it's  normal to feel like you can breath. I honestly don't know if there are any ways to help besides doing yoga breathing. And attempting to keep your diagram up.
