home remedies for hemmerhoids??

I can't get into my doctor until next Monday, so until then is there anything I can do to make these hemmerhoids go away? I seriously feel like I've had them since I gave birth last September 😒

Oh girl let me just say a prayer for you lol I feel your pain! 
1. Buy miralax, it's safe for pregnancy and it has no flavor whatsoever. Take it twice a day to soften stool - THIS IS NOT A LAXATIVE. 
2. Prep H with the internal applicator, be sure to coat the applicator with raw coconut oil. Coconut oil has a lot of healing attributes like neosporin does but neosporin isn't internally safe for you. Do this after you go to the bathroom EVERY TIME no matter if you 💩 or not.
3. Wipe with regular toilet paper, but with a nice thick coat of coconut oil. Yes, spread that coconut oil on toilet paper like peanut butter and give your hiney a good wiping! It helps stop the burning:itching. 
4. Sitz baths, as often as you can! I did twice a week, fill the tub with nice warm water and regular Epsom salts, and raw oatmeal! Literally, Quaker Oats! This heals the skin near the exterior - mine were close to the exterior so this really helped PLUS it makes your skin crazy soft.
5. Don't hold it in! I thought if i held it in and made it pass that I was doing myself a favor 
WRONG. Go 💩 when it's ready, its soft and moldable when ITS ready, it's hard and rock like if you hold it until YOURE ready.

I just started Metamucil, and my poops are more normal and they don't seem to er...enhance the problem.

I use baby wipes when I go just because it smoother and helps clean up better.. Usually the baby wipes help with my itchiness but not with the pain. I use Huggies Natural for sensitive skin. No perfumes. They have worked wonders
