The rash is the worst on her little face, but she has it all over aside from her diaper/private areas. It looks horrible but doesn't seem to bother her at all. Urgent care said to watch it to see if it gets worse or any other symptoms for now since her vitals, appetite, and behaviors are normal. No meds or anything and they don't know what caused it. The only think new was we went to the park yesterday for the first time. Bugs all around and overgrown plants that could have touched her as I walked around the duck pond with her in the stroller.

Gonna give her a breast milk bath and hope it clears up! Any suggestions on how to help clear it up naturally?
