UTI symptoms during pregnancy

I'm pretty sure I have a UTI I see my dr Friday but although I need to pee a lot during my pregnancy I can't pee much and it kind of burns i have been having mild back pain and some cramping on one side with tan discharge can a UTI cause the pain and spotting? I'm 8+1 I feel like this is all from a UTI I'm just looking to see what you went threw with one
