Anatomy scan. Please help.

Well, we had our anatomy scan today. We are currently just over 20 weeks. We have a little girl!!! We are so excited about this! However, during this scan our doctor told us he's going to send us to a high risk pregnancy doctor. The doctor found a hole in our baby's heart. Also, her umbilical cord attaches to the edge/top of the placenta instead of the middle like it's supposed to. Have any of you had experience with these? I'm worrying while trying not to worry.  Thanks in advance.
