I got married in November 2014 and stopped taking birth control right after. It has been three months and each of my periods have been very light and only lasted a day or two. How long does it normally take to get back to normal? I have an appointment with the gyn next month but the waiting to get regular is driving me nuts. Is there anything natural you can do to help it along?
