If you delete your account you'll lose all your information. You can email Glow if you're sure you want to delete from the email your account is set up with. I believe all you have to do is email them the word delete and you'll get a confirmation email to delete your account. Or you can just delete they app so if you ever want to come back you don't lose all your information.
