Im 8w&2ds... is it normal to feel light headed or a bit dizzy?

I've experienced it and apparently it's normal. It's likely you won't experience it your entire pregnancy though it may come and go. Just rest when you need to :)
"The main cause of dizziness in pregnancy is due to the rising hormones that cause your blood vessels to relax and widen. This helps increase the blood flow to your baby, but it slows the return of the blood in the veins to you. This causes your blood pressure to be lower than usual, which can reduce the blood flow to your brain, temporarily causing dizziness."

Following. I'm 5w2d and I'm a little dizzy today. I've been eating well and I'm already on my 9th glass of water so it has nothing to do w/ dehydration.
