Anyone use Vitex? I know I have problems with low progesterone and already miscarried once which I don't think was the cause cause I took pills to bring it up but at the beginning it was low so I'd like to rise my levels before my next time around (which I've already started) it's just come up a lot in lists I've found so was just curious or if anyone has any advise that would be great to!
