IS TAMPON SUPPOSED TO LEAK????

my periods are usually heavy for the first 2-3 days & I'm leaking through the "super" tampons at 4 hrs. Is this normal? Am I not putting it far enough? Tips & advise is welcome (:

This is normal you just have a heavy flow and bled through them. Change tamping frequently on days of high flow.

I had to switch to the super + tampons because of heavy flow. And the first two days of AF if I'm not paying attention to time they will start leaking I have to change them every 2-3 hrs. So I wear a panty liner as a back up.

-you're not putting them in correctly 
-you need to change them sooner, because of your heavy flow

Completely normal. You have a heavy flow. I do too. But mine is outrageous lol I use ultra tampons 🤦🏾‍♀️ I know not very attractive but they work wonders. Then I switch to super plus tampons by like the 3rd day.
