Just had a miscarriage, how do I get over this?

I had a miscarriage (actually it's still happening) on Tuesday at exactly 10 weeks. This was the first time I got pregnant after TTC for over 4 years. I'm completely devastated and feel very alone. I don't know how I am going to get over this??!! Anyone been through this and know how to start to heal? 😔😰

I don't think you ever get over it. It becomes a part of who you are. But you will grow stronger and heal with time. I'm so sorry you're going through this.

I don't think you ever move on, I personally thought that I would never be ready to try again but here I am 4 months later.. It's hard, so so hard but you will become harder and stronger for having been through this! if you need anyone at all to talk to I can offer a friendly ear x

So sorry for what you are experiencing , I just had my first miscarriage last month and it was horrible. I don't wish that type of pain on even my worst enemy ... but just remember "this too shall pass" pain isn't forever. I read somewhere to get something in Rembrance of the baby so I got a bracelet made on Etsy that says "someone I love was never born" ... I wish you the best of luck ❤️❤️❤️

I miscarried on June 14th. We saw our little ones heart beat the week before but was told she was too little. Supposed to be 9 weeks but was the size of a 7 week old. My hormones dropped and heart beat stopped. Had a D&C; but not one drop of blood, before or after. We named her Julia. I'm feeling pretty sad today as we should have been hitting the second trimester but instead there is nothing. It feels very lonely in this body of mine. People just keep telling me how common it is. That's not super helpful, my baby wasn't common she was special and I miss her. Still no period so no knowing when we can try again. To be honest, it's just so unbelievably shit. I heard someone say a miscarriage is like parallel lines, you grew together but will never meet. It's kind of beautiful in an awful way. I'm so sorry for your loss. I found naming my little one nice, it made her real, which is what she was.

We had tried for 10 years. Was told I would probably never be able to have kids if I didn't get pregnant within a year after laparoscopy for endometriosis...seven years later it just happened. We were so beyond excited and I was extra cautious with everything. I made it to 12w2d when I started bleeding. Loss of testing later it was confirmed miscarriage. Heartbreaking. That was June 7th. I still cry every day.

I had a mmc in January. I'm still hurt and angry. I cry all the time. My due date was July 28th and the closer it gets the more of a basket case I become.

It takes time to get over and the whole time I miscarried I did not get over it I cried I was mad I was hurt and only after bleeding start did I feel like I could begin to heal and it took time it helps me to still think of them as my children and I named them

You never really get over it . I found out I was pregnant back in march 2017 , next went in for a check with my obg and told there was no heartbeat. Baby died that same day. I had a d&c; the following week. And two weeks ago I found out I was pregnant again . Went in for a check up with my obg last week and everything was find . Baby was doing good and there was a heartbeat. But yesterday I had natural miscarriage . The worst feeling in the world !!
