Lactating but not pregnant

I'm Vicki and I'm 19 and my period was super irregular last time. It was a week late and I spotted for a day then a week later I spotted for another day and I've done three pregnancy tests and they've all come back negative but I'm lactating and my sex drive is just gone and I have a headache almost all the time and I don't know what to do 😭
