Hello if anyone could potentially give me insight on this it'd be great.

I'm currently started my third pack of birth control the pill. However with this new pack I seem to have had a prolonged period Im three days into the new pack and still someone bleeding/spotting. I appeared to have a clot in addition I recently felt a small burning sensation when urinating and feel bloated but not pain. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with my body still adjusting? I was sexually active the first day of the new back but used a back up method, the condom idk if it'd have something to do with it.
