Being serious.. no bashful comments.

Can my baby die if I haven't ate all day? I'm badly horrible sick and seem to only be able to keep water down but not food, haven't ate, only ate 3 goldfish and a top ramen soup early in morning. I have no apatite  at all and can't eat even if I force myself. I ate a little bowl of cheerios but couldn't eat the rest.
