They don't really work well or at all. You can go to fetaldoppler.net, they have great options at great prices. I have the SonolineB and absolutely love it!

I tried it with my 3rd child. Did not work right. My baby would kick but it said no heartbeat. Right I have a zombie baby lol? Do not try those apps.

my dr said don't fool w it bc you are not trained to use it and will worry if you don't hear it and really everything is fine

I bought a brand new Doppler online sonoline b 3mhz for 50.00 and have really enjoyed it could hear HB at 10wk

Your phone isn't a Doppler. It can't send out the right frequencies to get anything mildly recognizable. I found a nice home Doppler at a yard sale for $10, so you might check Craigslist or other local sales pages!
