Quit antidepressant before conceiving?

DH and I recently began TTC. Does anyone have experience or knowledge of taking sertraline (Zoloft) while pregnant? Should I ween myself off of it? Anything that could harm our baby I will obviously stop but if it's safe I'd like to stay on it, as it regulates my issues :(

I was on antidepressants and stopped then when I started trying and I have been fine. I was on prozac. My OB did say that if I needed to be back on them, he would prefer Zoloft.

I'm on Zoloft (sertraline) as well and have had both my general doc and ob/gym say Zoloft is totally fine for pregnancy. I plan on staying on :)
