prenatal blood tests

I had my prenatal blood workup done on june 22nd and i havent heard back from my doctor. I have an appointment tomorrow and I am just wondering if its normal for them to wait ?

I am getting paranoid because all bloodwork is available on the online portal and for some reason this bloodwork isnt and i am feeling like it may be because its bad news.....

Can anyone share their experiences with bloodwork results? Do doctors wait to give them to u in person regardless on if they are good or bad???
