L'Oréal Infallible Pro‑Glow Foundation... I swear by this. They also make a Pro-Matte if you don't like a dewy look.

I have my cosmetology license and i have used high end makeup as well as drug store. My all tone favorite is the milani 2 in 1 concealer and foundation. Its full coverage and stays on great. If you have dry skin put a moisrurizer on before applying and foundation and then appky foundation with a damp beauty blender. The brand real techniques pink or orange beauty blenders from walmart or target work great. And a light tranluscent powder on top of the foundation with a brush to minimize shine. A better then a makeup sponge to avoid that cakey look. Finish it off with nyx or any other brand setting you prefer :)

Girl my wetnwild photofocus foundation works wonders and it's only $4 at my Walmart. I mix it with my NARS Illuminator, which is pricier but I love the combo. I do however have to mix two shades cause they're not very diverse w colors

I actually use BB cream instead of foundation because it's light and natural. I use the Covergirl Clean BB cream and it works amazing and has great coverage! For foundation, I use the Maybelline Fit Me (the matte & poreless one). It also has great coverage as well and very affordable! I just don't really like the container it comes in. It doesn't have a pump so it's hard to get it out when you're halfway through the tube or less.
