worried the diva cup pushed out all the sperm?

I put my diva cup in after BD and noticed when I got up later that my underwear were pretty wet. Kind of worried that instead of helping to keep it in, the cup pushed it all out? Any advice? We are on our 10 month of ttc

Semen is full of sperm & fluid. The healthy sperm will wriggle straight up towards the uterus. The excess fluid & dead sperm will come out naturally. Putting some sort of stopper in will in no way "help" you conceive as the fluid exiting you is not full of healthy sperm it's the excess waste. The healthy sperm will start doing their job no matter whether you're laying down, standing up or blocking your vaginal opening. As long as your partner ejaculated inside you then you have given that sperm it's greatest chance. Regular sex before during & after ovulation is your best chance. Xx

The cup doesn't do anything to help anyways. By the time you put the cup in, the sperm got to where it needed to be.
