Pissed off/need help(no negativity please)

I went to the hospital this morning after being sick since last Friday... My first thought was strep😒 well they ran the test and it came back negative 🤕. The nurse comes back in and gives us the results saying tonsillitis and pharengitis, ok that's all fine and good... But see I am 17 almost 18 and my mom is there with me. What she doesn't know it that the weekend before last I had unprotected sex😒 wow, smart, go me, I know right! I could give y'all a list of excuses as to why I did that but it doesn't matter because sex is sex and we should have used a condom. Anyway here I am and I get curious as to symptoms of gonherea... Specifically throat related😒😡 I swear on God if that is what I have I will be out for blood... I read that it can cure itself but they took cultures at the er... They are gonna get the results and if I am right then she is going to kill me... Besides that she thinks I'm still a virgin and this is the second guy in a little over a year that I have slept with.... I am such a fucking idiot🤕😷😭 she is gonna find out and my dad will find out and then I might get kicked out and idk where I'm going to go... Y'all I need some positive thoughts please tell me that it might really be just what the nurse said😭😭😭
