Question

I have two 7 year old girls so loosing weight hasn't been easy. What are the strongest and effective diets out there ladies. I'm 29  5"1 and weigh 223lb this is the most I've weighed. I used to weigh 160 and would love to weigh that again common girls what's the best products out there? For me and my honey bear.

Look up low carb/high fat diets (although I consider it a lifestyle change)
I eat meat, lots of green veggies, yogurt and cheese that is made with whole milk (low fat yogurt is not great because it has a higher sugar content), and I cut back on sugar....even with the fruits I eat I watch their natural sugar content. 
Of course I am not extremely strict with this. I indulge every once in a while because I am human. But I certainly don't believe in once a week cheat days.
Just remember that if you get off track and you indulged in something not to give up because you are only one meal away from eating healthy and getting back on track.

I've been drinking shakeology and walking an hour a day. Eating a little healthier and it's working!

What helped me was lots of veggies and fruit along with lean meat and portion control and not so many carbs. My exercise regimen was walk a block in the morning before work everyday sat/sun I would do a 5k run with a steep hill climb and a 3k run/walk and abs/cardio circuit depending on my toddler and if his dad would watch him for an hour

Fad diets and products don't work. Eat a healthy well balanced diet and exercise regularly. To have lasting results you need a lifestyle not a fad or product. I love my trainers at my gym, because they help me create a healthy lifestyle. They develop workouts that help me build muscle, which will help you lose fat. My gym also offers nutrition classes, which provide a helpful reminder about what you should and shouldn't be eating outside the gym and why.

What helped me the most was cutting down on my carbs and portion sizes then eating lots of vegetables and exercising. This helped me lose the necessary weight in order to br healthy again. I hope this helps.
