Is it possible to get pregnant a day before your cycle

Slim • Been with my partner for 5 years now, been married for 3 years and working on baby #1
Ok I had sex yesterday on the 22nd and today the 23rd my cycle comes on, but my calendar says I suppose to come on today. Is is possible to get pregnant a day before your cycle?
