concerned! oww my boobs

Ok so I've had like really bad reoccurring stomach pains which feel like awful period cramps but always happen 2 weeks after my period. I can barely stand when it happens. And now my boobs r really hurting too, like typing laying down and resting my arm on them it really painful. I'm 15 and there's absolutely no way I could be pregnant and I went through puberty when I was 9 so I don't think they're growing? Should I be concerned ??? I'm really worried
