MEASLES??

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​so for the past few days I noticed my son started to get random red spots on his arms then it moved to his legs and this morning he woke up with one side of his face covered with them and also his chest. Now my guess is either he's allergic to my laundry detergent, allergic to the chlorine or maybe his medicine I've been giving him for his ears. It could be so many possibilities, I'm waiting for his doctor to call us back so we can get him checked out but if you ladies have seen this on your babies before... what do you think it is?!
