Help panic attack

It's been more than an hour since it started. It usually lasts less than 30 mins, I tried spoke with my sis who is overseas for 40 mins to try take my mind off it. I know it will eventually go but can't help being scared and there isn't anyone I can talk to now. I'm scared and lonely!!!!!!!!!!!
