Can pregnant women eat cottage cheese ?

I could've sworn I saw something when I was first pregnant 7 years ago that said you couldn't... but I went to the grocery store and the container said pasteurized so idk I'm confused.

Cottage cheese(pasteurized) is super healthy for you. Not only its loaded with calcium, it also is a great source of protein. Also, if possible, get the "no salt added" one.
