Pain while sneezing/coughing

So while I was pregnant, I would get Charley horse like pain right about my pelvic that stayed there when I sneezed or coughed (most, not every time). Now I'm 8 weeks pp c section and I feel paranoid because I still have that since when I sneezed of cough and it's directly where the incision is. I'm afraid the pressure is gonna open it back up or something. Does anyone else get that pain?
