Help!! Advice on cycle confusion

I was on seasonique - B.C. Where you only get your period every three months - for about four years. While vacationing in April I missed a few days of taking the pill which caused bleeding for two weeks straight around 4/27 to 5/11. Meanwhile I kept taking the pill until they ran out June 17th. I came off the pill to get my body back on track so we can start ttc. I had a regular period June 21 - 24 but now glow has my cycle way off and says I won't be ovulating until august 1st and my next period won't be until august 20th. I figured out when I should be fertile based on a regular 28 day cycle and started taking ovulation tests on July 1st but so far they have been negative. I'm so confused. Has anyone been in a situation like this? Any advise?
