One should definitely temp during AF also. It helps to establish accurate coverline and also determine the range of temps when ur Af is about to approach.

You don't have to but I do just to stay in the habit of taking my temp. every morning.. also I like to know what it is.

My temps go up and down like crazy during AF.  I don't temp every day until CD 5, because why bother.

I do for consistancy. Also, if youre late on AF or think you mighr be pregnancy. Its nice to know whether your temos drops before AF, firsr day, or a few days after.
